Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting this form, I give my prior, express, and informed consent to DORAL GROUP S.A.a private legal entity duly incorporated in Colombia and identified with Tax ID (NIT) 900.581.479-0, and its agencies, to collect, store, manage, process, transfer, transmit, and/or use (hereinafter, the Processing):

(I) All information related to or that may be associated with me or the person I represent (hereinafter, Personal Data), which I have disclosed to DORAL GROUP S.A. now or in the past, for use under the terms set out in this authorization.

(II) Sensitive personal information, understood as any data whose processing could affect my privacy or lead to discrimination, in accordance with applicable regulations (hereinafter, Sensitive Data), including but not limited to biometric data, union membership, and socioeconomic status, to be used in accordance with the purposes established in this authorization.

Where Sensitive Personal Data is collected, the data subject shall not be required to answer any questions related thereto nor to authorize its processing.

I further declare that I have been informed that the processing of my Personal Data and Sensitive Data will comply with the DORAL GROUP S.A. Data Processing Policy (hereinafter, the Policy, which I have access to, understand, and may review at the following link:

I acknowledge that my Personal Data and Sensitive Data will be stored in databases managed by DORAL GROUP S.A. and may be used, transferred, transmitted, and managed by DORAL GROUP S.A. in accordance with the authorized purposes, without requiring any further authorization from me.
